Touring DJ Services

Tour DJs, Road Ready.

Opening sets, tour support, artist DJs, and the DC date on a run. Touring is a different job from a local booking, and the roster carries DJs who do it.

Touring Is A Craft, Not A Longer Gig

01

Support

Opening & Support Sets

Warming a room for a headliner means building to somebody else's entrance and getting out of the way. Our DJs know the difference between opening well and trying to headline the opening slot.

02

Backing

Artist Tour DJs

Running playback, drops, cuts, and the live element behind a performing artist. That is a rehearsed role with a show file, not a set, and the DJs who do it are listed as such on their profiles.

03

Logistics

Advance & Rider

Tour dates run on advances, riders, stage plots, and a hard soundcheck window. DJs used to touring arrive with their paperwork ready and do not become the production team's problem.

04

Local

The DC Date

If you are routing through Washington and need a local DJ who can open, host, or hold the room, this roster is the DMV bench. They know the venues, the load-ins, and the crowd.

Touring DJ FAQ

Yes. Say the routing and the dates in the brief and the DJ will quote the run, including travel and hold days. Multi-date terms are agreed between you and the DJ directly, and we take no commission on any of it.

Some, not all. Backing an artist is a rehearsed performance role, so it is listed explicitly on the profiles of DJs who do it. Filter the directory and read the profile before you send a brief.

That is one of the things this directory is best at. You get a working DMV DJ who knows the room you are playing, which is worth more than flying an opener in for one night.

You and the DJ, directly. They price travel into their own quote or you cover it, whichever you agree. We do not sit in the middle of that conversation or add anything to it.
